CASE STUDY: BALEARIC BOX

The Balearic Box team found it challenging to locate a building in which to base the facility which was easily accessible from Palma de Mallorca. They also wanted a car park, windows to allow for natural lighting and a base that was compliant with local regulations. Their objective was to create a modern, safe and clean self storage centre. Another challenge was that the Covid pandemic hit during the installation process of the mezzanine and partitioning systems. The Janus team had to manage the project during this unprecedented event.
