Finance Administrator

To assist with the maintenance of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable as well as HMRC reporting and ensuring best practice across the finance administration function.

Reports to: Financial Accountant

Responsibilities and duties for the role will include:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Setup of new customers / vendors
  • Review and maintenance of suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Assisting with set up of Payment runs
  • Filing and archiving invoices
  • Reporting on accounts payable KPIs
  • Preparation of reports for month end reporting
  • Liaising with auditors
