Senior Marketing Executive

To support the Senior Marketing Manager and wider department with delivering the global marketing strategy, campaigns, and tactical activity to drive lead generation and brand building via all platforms.

Responsibilities and duties for the role will include:

Working with the company’s global offices and suppliers to manage marketing activities across multiple business units, product lines and geographic markets
Developing effective integrated campaigns, including email and social media marketing, utilising marketing planning and automation platforms
Creating high-quality, engaging marketing content such as videos, blogs, articles, adverts and e-books for websites, social media, and other campaigns
Managing and oversee an extensive library of digital marketing & sales material and other creative assets in multiple languages
Creating new presentations, guides, and collateral to support Sales teams and other departments
Coordinating marketing projects and work with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers such as creative agencies or web development companies
Supporting the planning, promotion, and management of online as well as physical conferences
Undertaking CRM and data related work to support the Senior Marketing Manager and wider department with monitoring KPIs and producing regular reports
Conducting market research to establish the latest global industry, product, and digital trends
Suggest initiatives and implement new ideas to improve the organisation’s digital presence

Key Attributes / Skills and Qualifications:

Degree-level education- marketing qualification desirable
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the marketing field
Keen interest in international marketing and business development
Proficiency in European languages would be highly advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication essential
Highly creative and motivated to learn
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Good working knowledge of WordPress or similar
Understanding of SEO, PPC incl Google Ads
Willing to travel within the UK and internationally
