Colin is the Managing Director of Janus International Europe Ltd.; a position he has held since joining the business. Colin has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Before joining Janus, Colin spent 10 years with Schindler, the multi-national Swiss Elevator company. In his tenure at Schindler, he fulfilled various executive roles in several European countries.

Colin is a qualified Engineer and holds an MBA from Bolton University (Manchester, England) with various management qualifications from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).

Rachel started at Janus International Europe Ltd. as the Finance Director. Since then, she has progressed to the position of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the Finance, Operations and Production & Logistics departments.

Prior to working at Janus, Rachel held senior financial roles at Liberata plc, one of the UK’s leading providers of business process services, where she worked for 12 years. Involved in many aspects of the company including the operational integration of contracts and companies both from organic and transactional growth.

Rachel is a fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), one of the UK’s leading global bodies for professional accountants.

Adrian is the Sales & Marketing director for Janus International Europe Ltd., heading the European sales and marketing endeavours.

Prior to joining Janus International, Adrian was the head of operations at Prontaprint one of the UK’s leading business-to-business solution providers for print requirements.

Adrian has also served as a board member of the Self Storage Association UK, where he contributed as a representative for the industry suppliers.

Craig joined Janus International Europe as Head of Production & Logistics in November 2019 and is responsible for all Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D and innovation.

Previously, he was Engineering Director and Head of Operations for an Innovation and Technology company where he held executive positions on a global scale. During his career Craig has held senior management positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, R&D, and innovation. Craig is a qualified Engineer and holds a HND in Manufacturing Engineering and an ILM in Management. Craig is in his final year studying a Physics BSc (Hons).

Craig leads manufacturing development to deliver value from our production capabilities and protect the value of our investment in R&D.

WILL CORBETT

Will joined Janus as Head of Sales in 2021, and is responsible for developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets. His main focus is meeting our customer requirements, building relationships with our clients, and overseeing our experienced sales team.

Will began his career as a mechanical engineer apprentice at Imperial College London and developed into a UK & Europe Sales Manager in the aviation engineering sector. Will has a strong background in sales and his career has led him to work on every continent!

Prior to working with Janus, he was heading up the sales team for a global components manufacturer.
