Responsibilities and duties for the role will include:
- Highly organised with time management and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with customers, installers, and Janus colleagues.
- Coordinate with Installers to insure installation of Noke parts according to Janus specifications. Train new installers on Noke products.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to Janus International Europe policies and procedures.
- Work in conjunction with the sales and operations team to determine necessary job components and proactively correct project concerns.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure Noke projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop scope of work, to include detailed measurements and assessment of the requested work.
- Monitor installer work performance.
- Develop and maintain schedules of work and forecasts for completion projects within the timeframes.
- Research and implement products, processes, and services for continuous improvements in the delivery of results.
- Provide emergency response as requested by Janus customers.
Key Attributes / Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years working with installers and understanding installation means and methods.
- 3 to 5 years of previous construction project coordination experience.
- Experience in the development of scopes, budgets and schedules.
- Possess a customer-centric attitude with the ability to collaborate.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs – Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
- Strong Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
- Travel required.
- Manually competent and awareness of manual handling.
- Language – English with any other languages preferable
