CRAIG CONWAY

Craig has been a member of the Janus leadership team since 2019 and held the positions of Production & Logistics Director, International Production Director, and International Director of Nokē Smart Entry. Prior to joining Janus, Craig, who is a qualified Engineer and holds an ILM in Management, worked in a variety of industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and track record of fostering strong customer partnerships.

Craig took on the role of Managing Director of Janus International Europe Ltd in January 2025.

Adrian is the Sales & Marketing director for Janus International Europe Ltd., heading the European sales and marketing endeavours.

Prior to joining Janus International, Adrian was the head of operations at Prontaprint one of the UK’s leading business-to-business solution providers for print requirements.

Adrian has also served as a board member of the Self Storage Association UK, where he contributed as a representative for the industry suppliers.

SIMON RICKATSON

Simon is the HR Director of Janus International Europe, responsible for overseeing HR, Health , Safety and Quality strategy, policy, and compliance. His mission is to optimise the potential of the organisation, by translating business strategy into practical people plans that engage at all levels, creating a collective vision that motivates colleagues to be part of the success.

Simon joined Janus in May 2023 and is a purpose driven leader with more than 25 years’ experience as a senior HR professional across multiple sectors. Simon is also a qualified Coach and Mentor, promoting an environment of positive development and accountability, helping people and the business to grow.

Colin joined Janus International Europe as Group Production Director in April 2024 and is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, logistics and purchasing for the International Group (Europe and Australia), ensuring strategic business outcomes are achieved across all entities.

Colin has over 20 years’ experience in Global manufacturing and production, leading business processes, including controlling and improving operations with a focus on unlocking and maximising efficiencies to improve performance.

Catherine Saunderson

Catherine is the Group Finance Director of Janus International Europe, responsible for financial strategy, reporting, planning, information technology and governance across the Group’s international operations. She plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring financial performance is aligned with strategic objectives.

Catherine joined Janus in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across private equity-backed and listed businesses. A Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with a degree in Management Science, she has led finance transformation, international systems integration, and corporate development initiatives across complex, multisite operations. Her focus is on enabling scalable growth through financial discipline, data-led insight, and stakeholder alignment.
