We understand how important it is for operators to get new facilities up and running as quickly as possible and to be able to deal with any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
Established to provide a convenient, streamlined solution
This department comprises an expert team of self storage advisers supported by qualified Janus Europe installers operating a fully equipped van.
The team can assist operators across the UK and the Republic of Ireland with:
- Smaller Installation Projects
- Door/Partition/Lock replacement
- Annual maintenance surveys
- Reconfiguration/ Cut and carve projects
Maintenance Contracts – peace of mind for busy operators
We are pleased to be able to offer self storage operators in the UK and Republic of Ireland a comprehensive Maintenance Contract. The Contract covers an annual visit to the nominated site by a Janus Service team member.
The team member will perform a full visual inspection of both Janus and non-Janus materials as outlined in the Contract and, post inspection, issue a full report. Minor fixes such as re-tensioning of roller doors will be carried out on the day of inspection at no additional cost.
In instances where works are recommended, Janus will suggest a course of action and provide a quotation, prior to arranging to carry out the works.
